Robin B. Clark recently completed an Ecological and Timber Inventory for the Matsqui First Nation. The inventory covers a 202 ha island located in the Fraser River just south of the Mission bridge in British Columbia. This inventory lays the foundation for the Matsqui FN to pursue a forest management plan. A detailed report, timber type map and ecosystem unit map were produced utilizing a Geographical Information System.
